      How long does delivery take?

      We offer free UK standard delivery on all orders, which takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is also available at checkout for an additional fee. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

      Do you offer free delivery?

      Yes! We offer completely free standard delivery on every order to UK addresses — no minimum spend required. We deliver with trusted partners including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri.

      What is your returns policy?

      We offer a generous 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns are free for all UK customers — simply email us at support@allurywear.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

      How do I track my order?

      Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through our delivery partners: Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.

      What payment methods do you accept?

      We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely and your card details are never stored on our servers.

      Do you ship internationally?

      We currently deliver to UK addresses only, including Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. Deliveries to these areas may take an additional 1–3 business days. We're working on expanding internationally — watch this space!

      What if I receive a faulty item?

      If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@allurywear.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a full refund or free replacement at no extra cost, regardless of the return window. Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

      Are your products true to size?

      Sizing can vary between styles, so we always recommend checking the size guide on each product page for detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest going up a size for a more comfortable fit. And remember — free returns make it easy to swap if needed!
